 Excess fabric in center front

 inside out seams

  Here I tailored tacked, where I pinned to the body, and then I cut the tailor tack and join the chalk line, like dot to dot, and drew a seam allowance  and cut  and then stitched together.

This is centre front and where I stitched the invisible zip in middle

  back seams

  edge stitched the top-of-the-lineing to hold in place and give a stiffness

   Here I am stitching the lining back to the zip, back onside out so no seams will show. this was originally done but I unpicked it's this, to fit a new longer zip

 experiment with different styles.
